Our native woodlands are in decline; it is therefore essential that the correct management regimes are implemented in order to ensure that our remaining woodlands are maintained in a healthy condition.

New woodland planting programmes, some of which can be grant aided, is one way of enhancing existing woodland and creating new woodland on otherwise non-cultivated areas.

Our qualified Woodland Consultant can advise on all aspects of woodland management such as the surveying of woodlands through to:

  • Surveys and management plans
  • Applications for grant aid
  • Tree surgery
  • Establishment of new woodland
  • Maintenance programmes
  • Sympathetic site clearance using latest specialist machinery

Tree surgery may be required in order to remove any dangerous trees or dead wood, or simply to revive existing trees as part of a management plan. Our operatives are fully qualified, insured and very experienced.
